WOYWW 124 – Cleaning Wednesday

Sorry fellows, but today there’s not much to see on my desk. Well, there are a lot of things on it, but all of them tells you I’m cleaning up my room. When I'm finished with a project and my desk is empty, then it’s time for real clean up.

No crafting this week, only cleaning and a lot of other things that have to be done. It's a bit of a shame, but hopefully I can clean up my mind too and start next week with some interesting projects.

But, as I promised you, here are the finished cards from my plastic bag project last week. I think the card with the boy and butterflies is much better with a frame and a text “under his feet”.

The next one of the beach was a little bit more difficult. I put the same stitched frame around it, but I couldn’t decide where I have to place the ‘beach item’. This card lay for several days on my desk until I found the right place for it.

Have a happy and crafty Wednesday.

The cards are fab - love the mottled blues of the background and the stamps are just great! I think your cuddly reindeer is very cute he made me smile. As did your husband's suggestion of crafting in the cellar to get that true wintery feeling for inspiration - LOL!! What is focussing my mind is that I've got to get enough items to sell on a stall in 8 days time!!!
Hugs, LLJ #41 xx

I like the stitched frame on the bag card - effective. And I love the tags you've made to showcase your Distress ink colours - now that's dedication!

Bridget #28 its funny how we try and tidy up on WOYWW, I have finally succeeded after about 3 weeks, only because some friends were coming over so I had to!!!

Aww, how cute is that Reindeer, he’s a sure sign that Christmas is on the way!

Loving the two card and the both look so different despite the fact that they are the same colours. I think the seaside one is my fav.

Thanks for stopping by my blog this week.

Happy Crafting!
