WOYWW 127 – Christmas and winter stamps

Time flies and we reach another Wednesday once again. So, hello crafting fellows, sit back and read all the stories our crafting world has to tell you. If you want to find out more about all of this, follow the WOYWW link on the right site of my blog, leading you to Julia’s place.

But before I show you a picture of my desk today I want to apologize I didn’t get around to everyone’s blog last week. I hope this week gives me a little bit more time to visit all your lovely stories. So about this week…. This is one of my desks this week.

Yes, and if you look carefully you'll see my Christmas stuff is all around. When the weather starts to turn colder and grey, my Christmas inspiration soon comes back. But that’s not the only reason! Last week I was to a Craft show and when you see all those Christmas and winter papers and stamps…. Time to start with Christmas crafting

And here you see another big project, mounting all my new unmounted stamps. When I see all these beautiful stamps I just can’t wait to start using them. But there's also one stamp, I got for free, but I don’t know where I'll use it yet. I don’t think it’s an ideal one for Christmas, LOL! Here you can see it in more detail…

Have a happy and crafty Wednesday.

If one of you has a good idea where or when I could use it, please do make me a suggestion!
So that’s it for this week. Time to start reading all your stories.
Have a happy and crafty Wednesday.

Looks like my kind of table - everything on the desk and in full action. Looking forward to seeing your festive creations...I haven't even thought about Christmas cards! I spy lots of CI stamps there... it's too late for Halloween now so Mr. Bones will have to go in the cupboard for another year...!

I’m doing a quick dash round as many desks as I can in my coffee break to see what you’ve all been up to. So much fab creativity going on everywhere I go. It’s really brilliant.
Keep doing what you do best and have a great week
Hugs,

Groetjessss, Alie

Lovely new stamps there. As for Mr Bones, why not stamp a Christmas hat for him?!!
Thanks for your visit. Mr Monkey is usually on my desk somewhere, but you can't always see him as he sulks at the back!!

I think Mr Bones could be doing a dance of joy around the Christmas tree because there's loads of prezzies underneath for him!! LOL!
I like your helper in the background of shot, does he do special paw prints for you :)

We celebrate Halloween here, and it would be a great stamp for that. Also...if you wanted to have a margarita party... maybe a dia de los muertas (? spelling) or Hispanic Day of the Dead party? Love the desk and all the stamps. I am so NOT ready for Christmas. Thanks for sharing your WOYWW. -Amanda

My best friends son would love using a stamp like that - where did you get it from? I think it's fantastic *lol* Great for making Halloween backgrounds, and cards for anyone who loves skeletons... jokey retirement cards or 40th birthdays...dancing skeletons for the "Day Of The Dead"... oh, the possibilities are endless! *lol*

Goreous workdesk... and I love the wooden-backed stamps you have on your desk... so so beautiful!

I reckon that stamp has to wait for Hallowe'en next year, unless you have any ghost parties around. You have so many lovely stamps to play with, though.

You have a big job there with mounting all the stamps ...and the spooky one might work on gothic style tags.xx

Enjoyed looking at your desk this week - all those lovely stamps to play with. I look forward to seeing your Christmas makes. And I love how your wee cat gets into at least one photograph each week - looking very interested in your stamp collection. Elizabeth x #76

great looking desk with all the stamps! Love Mr. Bones. Here in the states I would use him for halloween and maybe you could use him to make a joke card for a friend that is aging! Sorry I am so late getting around but DH left for China yesterday and I had to spend the past week getting him ready to go. Have a great week. Thanks for sharing. Vickie #56
